Refund Information
- Only successful (completed) transactions can be refunded.
- Only full refunds are allowed (no partial refunds).
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
- You cannot refund failed, pending, or already refunded transactions.
- Refund status will be updated in real-time.
- Customers will receive email notifications.
