  • Only successful (completed) transactions can be refunded.
  • Only full refunds are allowed (no partial refunds).
  • Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • You cannot refund failed, pending, or already refunded transactions.
  • Refund status will be updated in real-time.
  • Customers will receive email notifications.
